Roy Jowett’s voucher system. We are now offering a superb new voucher system enabling you to save money on your next purchases with us.

Where is the voucher listed on the website?

To see if the product you are wishing to purchase has a voucher, simply view the product and scroll down the page. If you see an image of a voucher, the amount shown will be added to your invoice once the payment has been completed, valid towards your next purchase.

Redeeming your voucher.

It could not be simpler. Simply choose the product you wish redeem your voucher against or to help toward the purchase of the item chosen. Telephone us on 01282 864048 or call in to our high street showroom. Have your original invoice ready with the voucher amount and unique voucher number your address details and we shall do the rest.

If you are ordering via our website. Please enter your unique voucher number (shown on the original invoice) in the comments section and we shall confirm the amount and expected delivery date within two working days.

How much is my voucher worth?

We will clearly state the amount on your invoice and you will have a full 12-month period to spend that amount against another purchase. Where the value of the voucher amounts to more than the value of the redeeming purchase, we shall include a credit note to the value of the balance and the expiry date of this credit on your new invoice. No cash alternative will be offered.

Terms of acceptance.

The purchaser redeeming the voucher must match that of the original purchaser and the voucher is none-transferable. No cash alternative will be given.
