When making the AVR1908, we can only imagine the challenges Denon had to make a successor to the AVR1907. The 1907 was definately one of the more popular entry level AV receivers thanks to its great sound and superb value for money. With an all new, more attractive look, the AVR1908 packs a punch, pumping out 85wpc into the 7 channels. The AVR1908 also does a good job of handling video too! Two HDMI inputs are included, along with the facility to switch between the two (HDMI switching). If you are running any other devices into the receiver, you can up-convert the signal to HDMI meaning all you have to do is run one HDMI lead to your display device. This makes the AVR1908 simple to use, plus the on board microphone auto-setup is more accurate than ever, allowing you to get your home cinema up and running in no time.
