The flagship of the Series 200 from Monitor Audio-the C280 in-ceiling speaker is a stunner, featuring an 8" C-CAM bass driver and a pivoting C-CAM gold dome tweeter (to allow you to position the tweeter in the optimum sweet-spot). A fine quality sound is produced every time, whether you are listening to a dialogue sequence or action scenes. The same '3-dogleg' tri position clamping system used throughout the Series 100 and Series 200 is utilised here, resulting in a smoother clamping mechanism, easy handling during installation and twice the clamping surface area-which means your speakers will stay safely in the ceiling even when you crank the volume up. And cranking the volume up high is another thing you can do on the C280 speaker. With a power handling of 120w, the C280 keeps its definition and clarity when the going gets tough. Splash and humidity resistant, the Monitor Audio C280 is extremely robust and incredibly stylish.
