This stunning iPod dock produces an unprecedented level of audio performance similar if not identical to the audio sound of a fully fledged CD player. As the Onkyo NDS1 uses full coaxial or optical toslink as opposed to phono connections, it's not governed by the inner working of the iPod to calculate the audio sound, hence allowing for higher quality playback.

Another well thought-out area of the Onkyo ND-S1 is it's seamless link between your portable media player and your home theatre amplifier or home cinema receiver. You can simply sync your iPod with iTunes at the press of a button, and by using the single USB cable, the ND-S1 connects to your PC.
