The HDMI connectors tilt 180 degrees forwards/backwards (hence the name) and the flat profile of the cable aids installation. Using high quality connectors with heavy gold plated contacts provides a solid and reliable connection. High-density-coated Oxygen Free Copper conductors warrant minimum signal attenuation. In addition to the cable's Hulliflex jacket, the internal conductors' special coating adds extra protection against aggressive environmental conditions.
